Feedback is the cornerstone of your continued success.
How will you know if you're doing well? Constantly check in with your business: check your numbers, monitor your bottom line, keep ahead of your industry trends, and celebrate when you reach your benchmarks to success. I hope you are also actively seeking feedback on your products and services.
Feedback may be as simple as a customer feedback form directly after a transaction, or as in-depth as a systems-wide 360-degree review.Without feedback, you have no information with which to improve. Constantly seek out comments, suggestions, and advice on your products and services.
