Planning takes time, but I promise you it's time well spent.

SO.... if you're just starting your new venture, or if you're currently in the middle of it, or if it's been a few years, let's start at the beginning:

In your business, do you have specific goals and a written plan to achieve those goals? Put your ideas into writing!

Develop a destination and a plan to get to that destination. Where are you going with this project? 

Define your vision of success and the benchmarks you aspire to reach. How will you know you're arriving closer to your destination?
