There's nothing that will keep you going more than STRETCHING! Stretch out! Stretch your goals! Stretch your abilities! Stretch your beliefs! Stretch your current limitations!

There is a universe of abundance and possibility out there (check out the What the Bleep Do We Know film), and each of us has the ability to literally create our own reality. In the film, there's a great diagram of the infinitesimal particles within our bodies, and how each of our atoms are made up of a nucleus, surrounded by a lot of space.

The quantum physicists in the film talk about the "tendency" of the particles in our atoms to occupy that space (and sometimes the different particles disappear and come back, or they are in two places at the same time... "ponder that for a while" says one of the professors). So I take this to mean that you have the ability to create your own perceptions and realities.....

A good way to do this is to start shaping your life through goals.... set yourself a daily goal, a weekly set of goals, a monthly set of goals, and yearly, or decades-long goals.

Some would even say that you may look in your past, at your ancestors, and you look to the future, to your descendants, and create a set of "family goals" for you and the generations that follow.

You achieve as much as you desire, and part of your achievement lies in changing your ideas into action. Speak your goals, write them down, and actively create the situations that make your goals a reality. Generational Goal: My ancestors wanted the following for me:
