YES! You can recycle your cell phone parts!
Through the national program, Call2Recycle™, the Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corporation (RBRC) helps us recycle used portable rechargeable batteries and old cell phones.
I know you have a cell phone or two stashed away when you switched your plan (we switched last month!) Maybe you have an old camcorder, digital camera, or remote control with an old battery?
Find a drop off point using the link below!
Rechargeable batteries are commonly found in cordless power tools, cellular and cordless phones, laptop computers, camcorders, digital cameras, and remote control toys. RBRC recycles the following battery chemistries: Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cd), Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH), Lithium Ion (Li-ion) and Small Sealed Lead* (Pb).
RBRC is dedicated to keeping rechargeable batteries and cell phones out of our nation’s solid waste stream and preserving natural resources.

Thanks so much for the nice blog post! We really appreciate your support. Call2Recycle is proud to be in a new partnership with Rocketboom. We cant wait for the finished product.
