1) Where did you get started in your business?I feel as though I have been coaching for most of my life. Teaching was my first love and once I migrated into the corporate world I found myself teaching/coaching in every aspect of me management positions I held. Now there is a formal word for what I have been doing, coaching.
2) What values do you try to live by?
Honesty and integrity and a servant spirit are the predominant values I subscribe to. It is a personal mission of mine to help others see, tap into and realize their fullest potential
3) Who do you consider to be a role model?
My mother and grandmother
4) Name one of your biggest challenges and how you learned from that situation.

5) When was your most successful moment to date?
Being the first in my family history to graduate from college. Running a $67 million organization .
