When you are in a community, you have a group of other women and men that you can work with. Your knowledge expands exponentially. You have access to your trusted partners' imagination, insight, resources, and connections.

Plus, when you build your community, you build a family of partners, suppliers, distributors, and customers..... all of whom benefit from being a part of your network.

As women in business, we are particularly adept at "sussing out" who would be a good fit for our company or for our team. Since we're so good at multi-tasking, we are always on the lookout, and we can make connections between all of the different spheres of influences that we reside in: between family, friends, classmates, neighbors, and other associates, we have access to so much information.

Use your networking skills and build up your community... Keep in touch with constant "checkins" and get-togethers. I promise you'll be thrilled with the results of your community-building.
