Some questions to ponder:
+ How do you define success?
+ How do you measure success?
+ Which tools, resources, staff, programs, strategies do you put into place to achieve your outcomes?
+ Where will you be in 12 months?
two years?
5 years?
10 years?
20 years?
+ Which benchmarks do you use? For the timeline, when will you achieve those benchmarks?
+ Evaluate constantly! Change and grow based on your findings.
Evaluation and regular "checking in" has been a key to my own ability to understand and change towards a positive direction. I've found that periodic checking in is useful to fine-tune and adjust overall plans and goals so that they're SMART: specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely.
So, in a nugget:
Develop your Dream. Set a Goal. Put in structure to achieve. Measure and fine-tune along the way. Enjoy your Success.
(and start over!)

Hello
Women across teh globe especially where we are also the minority race need to work together with both purpose and conviction - conviction that they are the best for the job - and then be prepared to do some things differently - the challenge in understanding what needs doing te same and what differently when so many other decision makers out tehre remain men.
